Can I complete the courses from home or do I have to attend on site?

You can complete the courses from home, because our further training courses are completely digital. All you need is a computer and internet access. In principle, you can also participate at our location.

There is no internet at home or the connection is very unstable, what can I do?

You are welcome to complete the course at our location. Here you will be provided with all technical aids or you can contact us and we will find a solution together.

What if I can't take part in the course?

If you are unable to attend due to illness or otherwise, please let us know in good time. It is best to use our contact details to contact us.

Can I start the course at any time?

Yes, you can start the course at any time.

How long does the course last?

The duration of your further education depends on which course you have chosen. There are big differences - some courses only last about 6 months, others around 12 months.

Do I get a recognized certificate after the training?

After each successful further training you will receive a certificate. With this you can not only prove your professional competence, but also document soft skills, such as determination and commitment, exactly what employers appreciate very much.

Am I entitled to take part in a funded further education course? What do I have to do for it?

To support your further education you need proof, for example the education voucher. You can get this from the respective payer, such as the employment agency or the job center. You are also welcome to contact us. Based on a detailed discussion, we create a personal offer for your planned further education. Because this also helps you to be as prepared as possible for your interview with your contact person: at the employment agency or at the job center.

In which language are the courses held?

The courses will be held in German and by arrangement also in English.

Do you have to pay the full price at once?

The full price does not have to be paid all at once. We offer the option of paying in installments.

What is continuing education?

Further training is a training offer for adults, among others, who want to expand the knowledge they have already acquired in a field of activity and/or acquire certificates about their skills.

For whom is further training suitable?

Continuing education is suitable for anyone who is employed or looking for a job. By expanding your knowledge and wanting to update it, you improve your career opportunities.

Which training is right for me?

The word “further” is in the word “further education”: further education should therefore always build on existing skills. It is therefore advisable to do further training in an area in which you have already gained professional experience or completed an apprenticeship / degree.

How much does a consultation cost?

The consultation is of course free of charge and non-binding.

Can I test the courses for free?

Yes, you have the opportunity to test the distance learning courses for 14 days free of charge.

Can I pay the course fee all at once?
